How come I can no long see my files in a browser.. How do you fix that?

my website is falling apart. The body portion of the template .well I don’t think t is constructed properly. I placed a table in an AP div and the content is going beyond the border I constructed out of images. I’ve spent all this time every day trying to get my template together and it’s not even working right. I am so frustrated because I’m behind on everything else. What makes matters worse our heat stopped working and it is FREEZING!

ok I successfully got through Ch 16. I must say this chapter brought excitement into my life lol. I love the whole template deal. Always have. I was having some minor issues with the templates but I figured out how to edit and add them to the template list. It wasn’t too big of a deal. Now  just need to document everything I want to do with my website so when the time comes to build it I will have all my references in order.

The template does not show up in the assets panel.

This is featured by Bobby Van der Sluis. I love his name. The article is “Behind the scences of garden Party”. He makes this one statement. “One hard lesson I have learned is that you should never ever start any design without a good and clear concept. After you have created a concept it is very easy to make design decisions: it either fits in or it doesn’t.”. I used to have this problem as well. As a matter of fact i am still progressing learning the correct way to do things. This also helps the decision process easier. Instead of holding on to something you really like without just cause you can come up with several ideas and focus more on concept and overall fittage than a general image likeness.

He talks a lot about CSS design and working your sketches and images into the program but I still think I may have a hard time grasping this. He provides codes but truthfully I do not fully understand it, for instance how do I know the length of my tables. How do I know where to position everything more so the length and width of everything. It behooves me.

The term CSS Zen Garden in itself is funny to me because everybody thinks CSS is complicated. I will not argue with that but Zen the understanding, peace of recognition and comprehension, if only you could smell the sweet savor and aroma in the atmosphere. Atleast the article has a few examples and links to exercises to help you with CSS, aroma therapy not provided.

This chapter gave me two problems.As you will see they both focus around the side table bar. One with the background to the logo and the other with the navigation. i tried to rework it but I can’t figure out where I messed up.

Well I’m unsure with what to do for my site. I do want it to be a free lance site for now because it is still too small to be a major/small business. I want this site up but I do not have as many portfolio pieces as I would like to have/ Primarily because I do a lot of work for one client.  I have so many pictures in my morgue file and I found a great competitor in Florida to help inspire me. I think my products will be columnized as corporate business sets, newsletters, annual reports, paintings, business forms, cd labels… things like that.
